Inside Fortaleza (insidefortaleza.com) is operated by Northclearview LLC, a Wyoming, USA registered company, in partnership with J. Magalhaes, Brandao & Cruz Advogados (MBC) for legal and immigration services.
For the purposes of this policy, Northclearview LLC (trading as Inside Fortaleza) is the data controller for information collected through the website, content channels, and platform services described below.
If you engage MBC directly for legal representation through a legal services agreement, MBC acts as an independent data controller for the case related information you provide to them at that stage. Their handling of your data is governed separately under their own professional and confidentiality obligations as OAB registered lawyers.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, nationality.
Enquiry and situation information: details you share when submitting a situation enquiry, requesting a visa recommendation, or asking a question through the website.
Booking information: consultation date and time, visa type selected, and any details provided through our booking system (Calendly).
Payment information: payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We retain records of transactions, amounts, and payment status.
Case and document information: if you proceed with a visa application, we collect the documents and personal information required to process your case. This may include passport details, proof of income, proof of remote work, family status, and other information relevant to your immigration matter.
Property enquiry information: if you submit a property enquiry, we collect your preferred location, budget range, and contact preferences, which we share with our referral partner, Hub Property.
Communications: records of emails, WhatsApp messages, and other correspondence with us.
Website usage information: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through normal website operation.
3. How We Use Your Information

- prepare and manage visa applications and related legal work, including sharing relevant case information with MBC as the legal processing partner
- connect you with our property referral partner, Hub Property, where you have requested this

- Contract performance: processing needed to deliver a service you have purchased, such as a consultation or visa application.
- Consent: processing that requires your explicit agreement, such as marketing communications or sharing your details with Hub Property.

- Legal obligation: processing needed to meet our own tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where necessary to deliver our services:
- MBC (our legal processing partner): case related information is shared with MBC once you proceed with a consultation or visa application, so they can provide legal services directly to you.
- Hub Property: property enquiry details are shared with Hub Property only where you have submitted a property enquiry, so they can contact you about property sourcing.
- Service providers: we use third party tools to run the business, including Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (booking), and email or CRM tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality terms.
- Legal or regulatory bodies: where required by law.
We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
Northclearview LLC is registered in the United States, and some of the tools we use to operate the platform, including Stripe and Calendly, are US based. This means your information may be processed outside Brazil.
Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection consistent with LGPD requirements, including relying on service providers with their own recognised data protection safeguards.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Case related documents held on your behalf as part of an active or completed visa application are retained in line with MBC’s professional record keeping obligations as a Brazilian law firm.
Where you have submitted an enquiry but did not proceed with a service, we retain that information for a limited period to allow us to follow up, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Under LGPD, you have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information
- request anonymisation, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
- request portability of your data to another provider
- request deletion of personal data processed with your consent
- be informed about who we have shared your data with
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest
