Real Success Stories

Everything you need to know about Inside Fortaleza

Everything you need to know about working with us, applying for visas, and planning your move to Brazil.

Which visas offer temporary, residency or citizenship in Brazil?

Brazil offers several visa types, some temporary, some leading directly to residency, and others that can eventually open a path to citizenship. Each has different requirements, costs, and timelines.

Compare all visa pathways here.

Are your services exclusively for people who want to move to Fortaleza?

Not at all. While Fortaleza is our home base and we specialise in helping people relocate here, we work with clients moving to any city in Brazil. Whether you’re considering São Paulo, Rio, Florianópolis, Recife or somewhere completely different, we can support you with visas, relocation planning and property search services across the whole country.

What is a CPF and why do I need one?

A CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is Brazil’s national tax identification number. You need it for almost everything in Brazil: opening a bank account, signing a lease, setting up utilities, getting a phone contract, and more.

Now, when you purchase any visa service with Inside Fortaleza, we include your CPF registration at no extra cost. One less thing to worry about when you arrive.

Do you only work with English speakers?

No. We work with clients from all over the world and can provide support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Our team is experienced in navigating the visa process for international applicants regardless of your language background.

Can I start the process before I'm ready to move?

Yes. Many clients begin their visa application 6-12 months before their planned move date. This gives you time to gather documents, secure housing, and plan your relocation without rushing. We’ll guide you on the best timeline for your specific visa type.
