Brazil Business Investment Visa:
Why Choose Us Over Going Solo
1. Build a Business, Earn Residency
Brazil’s Business Investment Visa allows foreign nationals to establish a business in Brazil and obtain legal residency through corporate ownership. With a minimum investment (currently R$500,000 BRL, or R$150,000 BRL with job creation), applicants gain the right to live and work in Brazil long term.
Strategic residency: This visa suits entrepreneurs, startup founders, and business-minded expats who want to plant roots in one of Latin America’s largest economies.
We simplify the process: From forming your company to preparing your investment plan, our team ensures full compliance with Brazilian regulations.
2. Company Formation Made Simple

We assist with:
CNPJ registration (company ID)
Partner agreements and bylaws
Local accountant onboarding
Tax ID for foreign partners
Why clients choose us: We’ve helped dozens of entrepreneurs launch legally and smoothly in Brazil’s complex business environment.
3. Legal Residency With a Long-Term Outlook
Once approved, the Business Investment Visa grants you legal residency with renewal options — as long as your business remains compliant and active. This means you can live in Brazil year-round and manage your venture on-site or remotely.
Key benefit: You don’t need to apply for additional work or residence permits.
We keep it on track: Our support includes reminders and help with renewals and required reporting to Brazilian immigration authorities.
4. A Platform for Future Citizenship
Business visa holders can apply for permanent residency and eventually citizenship, provided they maintain their legal status and meet Brazil’s naturalization criteria (typically four years of residency, reduced in some cases).
Citizenship opens new doors: A Brazilian passport offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 170 countries, and lets you live anywhere in Mercosur.
Long-term thinking: We provide a roadmap from day one, so you know what to expect at each milestone — from visa to permanent residency to passport.
5. Expert-Led End-to-End Support
Brazil’s bureaucracy can be overwhelming without local expertise. Many applicants delay or abandon their efforts after encountering inconsistent information or language barriers.
